The basic purpose of the Consultant in the Regional Transformation Management Office team is to leverage analytical skills and insights to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives, ultimately contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and business success within the BU.
Operating environment
The Consultant Regional Transformation Management Office will report into the Director Regional Transformation Management Office and collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders across Europe, including regional leadership teams, global functional heads, country Managing Directors, project managers, and program directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis
- Analyze data related to operational processes, market trends, financial performance, and other relevant factors to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
Business Process Optimization
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within existing business processes.
- Recommend solutions and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Analysis
- Assess the cost-effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI) of transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate the financial implications of proposed changes and initiatives to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Change Management Support
- Assist in change management activities, including stakeholder analysis and communication planning, to ensure smooth transitions and the successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
Functie eisen Consultant regional transformation management office
Education, Qualifications, and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in data analysis, project management, business analysis, or change management are advantageous.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
- Experience in an international environment, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is a plus.

- Proficiency in data analysis techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
