- Flexible partnership: Talentsportal can second professionals for a temporary period and can supply candidates for permanent employment. We also offer different contact forms, so that we can provide the best solution for your organisation.
- Flexible location: our seconded professionals can work entirely at your office, offshore (entirely at another location) or nearshore (e.g. 4 days every 2 weeks at your office; other days working from another location).
- Extra services: Talentsportal takes care of the administrative process for contractors for you, for example by means of consolidated invoices or organising the time sheets. This means that the process after recruitment is handled efficiently too.
Low rates, straightforward agreements and no risk
- Highly competitive low rates: Thanks to our low overheads and efficient collaboration in the network, Talentsportal is able to offer highly competitive low rates. For a ‘dedicated’ search assignment agreed in advance, Talentsportal offers a fixed rate of 10% based on the gross annual salary when you accept a candidate. We also offer very favourable rates for secondments.
- Simple way of working: the first candidate taken on (permanent or interim) can be hired on the basis of your purchasing conditions, which means we can start finding the best candidate for you very quickly. After proven success, we will work out a contract together.
- Legally watertight: with new legislation, the client bears the risk for its contractors if a contractor's affairs are not in order (tax, declaration of independent contractor status [VAR], etc). We will remove that risk for you by means of a unique construction approved by the Dutch tax department (ruling). Because Talentsportal works on the basis of franchising, a permanent employment relationship, payroll or a unique construction for freelancers, we ensure you will not get unexpected legal or tax obligations.
